Wow! What a packed sports weekend we have ahead of us! The NFL Playoffs continue with four fabulous Divisional Round games to keep us in front of the TV all weekend long. Check out our current selections for this week’s Pick To Win Contest! Good luck, folks!

Texans at Chiefs. Who wins?

Rule No. 1 of playing any type of NFL contest is that you shouldn’t ever fade Patrick Mahomes! Houston looked great last week against the Chargers but facing this Chiefs defense will be a completely different animal, especially in the rowdy environment of Arrowhead Stadium.

Kansas City’s offense has struggled at times this season, but Mahomes and Travis Kelce always find a way to win, even if it’s been a bit ugly at times. Houston will hang around for a while, but look for Chris Jones to force CJ Stroud into a key turnover or two that puts this game out of reach.

Commanders at Lions. Who wins?

Wow! What a tremendous win for Washington on the road last week against Tampa Bay. I don’t think I’ve ever seen an NFL team win a playoff game by doinking a field goal off the post and through the uprights. All of that said, this is the end of the line for Washington.

Detroit showed in Week 18 how capable they are of taking over a football game, especially when they’re at home in front of their raucous fans. The Lions offense has been the best in football all year long and the Commanders don’t have enough strong defenders to keep them at bay. The Lions win this one going away!

Rams at Eagles. Who wins?

Call me crazy but I think the Rams can pull off the upset on Sunday afternoon! Sean McVay has done a marvelous job of keeping these guys focused even with all of the distractions and tragedies of the California wildfires.

The Rams defensive line terrorized Sam Darnold all night long on Monday Night Football and I think they’ll make life tough on Jalen Hurts in the pocket. Give me the veteran Matthew Stafford and a savvy coach like McVay all day!

Eagles (+1)

Ravens at Bills. Who Wins?

What a shame that two of the best teams in the NFL have to face each other in the Divisional Round. This really should be an AFC Championship matchup, but it‘ll be a phenomenal game to watch nonetheless. As much as it pains me to fade the Bills at home, I’m rolling with the Ravens in this one.

Baltimore’s offense is simply too good and they have too many weapons. Derrick Henry continues to be the best running back in football and opposing defenses can’t stack the box too much because of Lamar Jackson’s huge arm and his ability to run. Give me the Dirty Birds in a close one.

Bills (+3)

Which QB gets the Most Passing Yards during the Divisional Round?

Baltimore’s defense has improved a bit in recent weeks, but their secondary still scares the daylights out of me. Josh Allen should be able to pick them apart, especially with guys like Amari Cooper and Dalton Kincaid running free over the middle of the field.

Which WR scores an Anytime TD during the Divisional Round?

Give me the up-and-coming to find the end zone Shakir out of this group. I respect Baltimore’s rush defense but the holes in their secondary are quite glaring. Even though I think the Ravens win the game, I’m still expecting a big day from Josh Allen and his receiving corps.

Which TE gets the Most Receptions during the Divisional Round?

Give me Schultz out of this group of solid tight ends! Yes, I know that he’s only averaging 3.1 receptions per game this season, but I see him having a big day against Kansas City.

Chris Jones and the Chiefs D-line will put a lot of pressure on CJ Stroud. That should mean that Schultz will get a lot of looks over the middle. Goedert and Kincaid may have more sizzle, but Schultz will outshine them this weekend.

Dalton Schultz (2)

Dallas Goedert (2)

Zach Ertz (2)

Dalton Kincaid (2)

Will Derrick Henry Run for Over 100 yards Against Buffalo?

Yes, yes, yes! I think King Henry will run wild against the Bills on Sunday! His median rushing yards number is 119 this season, so there’s a fair amount of mathematical value on our side. Buffalo also only ranks 19th in yards per carry allowed, which could be a problem against a beast like Henry!

Who Will Get the Most Kicking Points During the Divisional Round?

I know he hasn’t had the best season, but Justin Tucker is still a future Hall of Famer that deserves respect. Even during this “down” year, Tucker has still made 22 of his 30 field goal attempts. Give me the seasoned vet from this group!
